I really do enjoy doing Product Photography. It is a chance to not only take the picture, but to clean and dress the photo digitally, giving the viewer the cleanest image possible, sharp, clear, and with luck something that will become a recognized 'trademark', as some of mine have become. I appreciate the time I spent doing Marketing at Halcyon / Brownie's Third Lung   [for marketing here, read:  webmaster, photographer, graphic arts, service and owners manual production, catalog design, packaging design, flyers, and even so much more.... ] .

What certainly helps is underatanding the total package. I did the ads from start to finish, from concept to print, from contact to budget.

With that kind of understanding, it is apparent that you can do it a step better than someone who does not understand the concept of what will happen to a pic as it gets turned into CMYK, and the definition degradation of lines and films.
